Please see the return guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return. We offer free 30-day returns for all customers in the US and Canada. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
- Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
- No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.

At this time, estimated delivery dates are from 2-5 business days from the date of shipping. Be sure to keep an eye on your tracking to follow its journey!
- Indicated shipping timeline is an approximate number of days an order takes to deliver from the ship date indicated at checkout, and does not include weekends, holiday and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). Delivery may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer's end. If your order consists of in-stock, shipping later and/or made-to-order pieces, the dispatch date may change. Make sure to check the dates indicated during checkout and on your confirmation email.
- The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes, discounts, and non-refundable.
Standard Shipping within North America with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days.
Expedited Shipping within North American with an estimated delivery time of 2 business days.
All Shipments include tracking information directly sent to your email address registered at the time of checkout. We highly recommend downloading the shop app to get real time updates on your shipment.
Our shipments include insurance on every shipment we ship for the full purchase price of your order. Rest assured that you will receive your order safe and securely.
Jewelry Accessories: Under our warranty, we’ve got your back. This means that for 2 years from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs. Just contact us and we'll work together to find a resolution.
We work with high end manufacturers to create handcrafted, responsibly sourced pieces that are made to last. We’re confident in the quality of our products, hence the 2-year coverage.
This also means that the warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Ema Jewels.
Watches: We offer a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty covers the timepiece against defects in material and workmanship. The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, accident, misuse, neglect or abuse and excludes the battery case, strap, crystal and bracelet.

We offer all major payment options for your shopping convenience as well as a payment plan option through afterpay, shop now pay later. Always interest free. If you choose to go with afterpay simply add your favorites to cart, select afterpay at checkout, login or create your afterpay account which will have an instant approval decision. Your purchase will be split into 4 payments, payable every 2 weeks.
