Your purchase will be split into 4 payments, payable every 2 weeks.

Please see the return guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return. We offer free 30-day returns for all customers in the US and Canada. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
• Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
• No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.

Jewelry Accessories: Under our warranty, we’ve got your back. This means that for 2 years from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs. Just contact us and we'll work together to find a resolution.

We work with high end manufacturers to create handcrafted, responsibly sourced pieces that are made to last. We’re confident in the quality of our products, hence the 2-year coverage.

This also means that the warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or broken chain), improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Ema Jewels.

We offer a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty covers the timepiece against defects in material and workmanship. The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, accident, misuse, neglect or abuse and excludes the battery case, strap, crystal and bracelet.

How to Store Your Product:

• Store your jewelry in the original packaging or a soft pouch to avoid scratches.
• To avoid contact with moisture, place silica gel bags in the jewelry box/bags for anti tarnish protection.

How to Keep Your Jewelry Looking its Best:

• Remove jewelry before doing household chores such as dishes, laundry and when using chemical cleaners.
• Remove jewelry when exercising.- Remove jewelry when showering, swimming and when using a sauna.
• Remove jewelry when doing outside chores such as gardening.

How to Properly Clean Your Product:

• Use a soft lint free cloth and water to clean your jewelry.
• Dry with a soft lint free cloth.
• Do not use harsh chemicals to clean your jewelry.

Watches should be treated like jewelry. To best protect your watch, be sure to be conscious when spraying perfume, hair spray etc. A jewelry polishing cloth can be used to polish the watch and clean it of fingerprints. Watches are splash resistant, unless otherwise noted on the case back.

Battery Replacement: We encourage the customer to take his/her watch to a qualified local watch repair center or jeweler to have the battery replaced. It is very important that a battery is replaced by someone that can properly seal the watch after replacing a battery so that it is protected from liquids damaging the mechanism of the watch.
